Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage all aspects of course development projects from initiation through launch across multiple formats and brands.
Ensure smooth operations and timely execution using monday.com as the project management platform.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including program teams, faculty, instructional designers, and video production, to ensure alignment, accountability, and clarity across all phases of course development.
Act as a champion for project management best practices, helping ensure high-quality outcomes for our students.
Manage the Digital Learning team’s SharePoint site, ensuring resources, templates, and tools are organized and updated.
Facilitate and lead regular project meetings to communicate progress, review issues, and drive resolution.
Develop and oversee clear project documentation processes, including schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes, activity lists, and other project documentation.
Proactively identify and manage risks and provide actionable solutions to stakeholders.
Oversee the management of freelance copyeditors, including developing scopes of work, onboarding, timeline management, and quality control.
Continuously evaluate and improve workflows for efficiency.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree is required.
CAPM certification is required; PMP certification is preferred and should be a professional development goal.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
3-5 years of project management experience, ideally with a strong focus on course development and delivery.
Experience managing educational projects or working in a learning-focused organization is highly preferred.
Strategic thinker and collaborative problem solver with a proven ability to complete projects within a defined scope, budget, and timeline.
Strong experience with project management software and methodologies; experience with monday.com is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Resourceful, adaptable, and proactive.
Must be available to work on-site in New York City when requested.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
