- Client and buyer contact

Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial M&A exposure (completed M&A internship or a first full‑time role)
- Solid understanding of core terms and process flow (LOI, DD, SPA, data room)
- Strong affinity for tools and AI
- Independent use of AI for research, data preparation and workflow automation
- Nice-to-have: E‑commerce domain knowledge
- Nice-to-have: 1–4 years of professional experience in a deal‑oriented environment
- German: native level
- English: fluent
