Client Partner

• Reporting to a Director, the Senior Manager serves as the project lead and is accountable for strategic planning, project formulation/scoping, scenario planning, cost estimating and relationship management that supports the conversion of the client’s branded assets to a new identity/logo.
• The Senior Manager then oversees the project as it moves into subsequent implementation and roll-out phases while ensuring that the client’s needs are met.
• Consulting with clients about all elements for project scope and delivery, providing a high-level of expertise and instilling confidence in the client.
• Work with the client and BrandActive’s team to define the scope of brand transition across all branded asset categories (e.g. signage, ID badges, website, etc.).
• Develop several high-level scenarios to achieve brand launch and completion objectives using cost, time, quality, and impact as the key variables.
• Provide senior leadership and their Board the information they need to make fiscally responsible brand decisions.
• Establish high-level transition strategies by branded asset category with priority given to those categories which are required for brand launch and have longer lead times.
• Formulate and comprehend overall implementation financials and to evaluate the implications of alternative strategy approaches on these financials at a macro and micro level.
• Develop cost estimates based on developed transition strategies.
• Define the high-level processes required to support an efficient implementation process.
• Create a high-level project communications plan to ensure engagement of all project constituents.
• Define the project organization required to execute the brand transition in a way that ensures achievement of client goals and desired outcomes.
• Lead the project team, allocating and utilizing resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team.
• Communicate project status regularly (e.g. using dashboard reports) and escalate issues to stakeholders, sponsor(s), and senior leadership as required.
• Manage project deliverables in line with approved project plans.
• Manage or coordinate partners and work groups engaged in project delivery.
• Reviews and assists with the creation of statements of work and change orders to extend or change the project.
• Lead internal projects and client-facing (or conference call) meetings.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans (following PMI methodologies).
• Record, track and manage project issues and risks, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Manage project scope and change control.
• Monitor project progress and performance.
• Monitor the project budget.
• Create and present deliverables, and facilitate approval of recommendations.
• Lead and coach team members by providing individualized feedback and development opportunities that foster career progression.
• Manage team performance by addressing concerns proactively, conducting annual reviews, annual development meetings and offering constructive feedback regularly.

Senior Manager, Client Engagement

Growth Marketing

• Support the administration of agency partnership infrastructure by maintaining databases, organizing documentation, and tracking partner activity and engagement.
• Assist in tracking potential partnership and M&A opportunities, ensuring information is up to date and accessible.
• Prepare pipeline sharing reports for agency partners, summarizing priority opportunities that align with target customer profiles and partner skillsets, including top 10 accounts and other key deals.
• Maintain and update the GTM calendar and initiative tracker to support visibility and alignment across growth and marketing activities.
• Contribute to reporting by helping compile inputs for performance tracking and internal updates.
• Conduct preliminary research on M&A activity, rebrands, and joint ventures aligned with BrandActive’s ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Gather and summarize key data points such as deal size, scope (sites, assets), and historical activity to support pipeline development.
• Monitor and extract insights from tools such as 6sense, identifying trends in website activity and buyer intent.
• Prepare concise research summaries to support decision-making by Growth, Marketing, and Client Solutions teams.
• Assist in the preparation and scheduling of LinkedIn content, including drafting posts and supporting creative development using tools such as Canva and AI writing assistants.
• Support the execution of paid LinkedIn campaigns in collaboration with external vendor.
• Track and report on key metrics such as follower growth and lead generation aligned with ICP.
• Monitor engagement and respond to interactions (e.g., tags, comments) in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with web publishing tasks by working with our web publishing contractor to update, design, and post insights and case studies.
• Support webinar execution by setting up events in ON24, enabling registration and automated email communications, preparing and testing the event console and materials, and ensuring ON24 is integrated with HubSpot for reporting.
• Draft and update content for internal channels such as the growth team’s SharePoint homepage, including event recaps and team wins, for review by the Analyst, Growth Enablement Sales Enablement.
