About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support product analysis by gathering and organizing data related to product performance, pricing, and underwriting trends.
- Assist with market research and help maintain competitive intelligence across insurance products and states.
- Help prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with actuarial and underwriting teams on updates to guidelines and pricing inputs.
- Track regulatory updates and assist the team in keeping product documentation aligned with compliance standards.
- Work within systems like Excel and SQL to run queries and manipulate data under guidance from senior analysts.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects to support product development and enhancements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Insurance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in insurance, data, and analytics—especially in product development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL or other data tools is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn in a collaborative environment.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work across teams.
