About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and own the ABM approach for your assigned verticals, executing omni-channel programs tied to specific, measurable business outcomes
  • Create and optimize programs that drive marketing engagement at a vertical level
  • Oversee the creation and facilitation of compelling content, ensuring it aligns with the target audience and marketing objectives
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze marketing initiatives' performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Scale marketing programs efficiently, adapting strategies to accommodate growth and changing market conditions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience in ABM, Demand Generation, or prospect-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles and hands-on experience running both 1:1 and scaled campaigns
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust across Sales, Leadership, and the broader org
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with MarTech/tools/platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Abmatic, or similar products
  • Aptitude and interest in leveraging AI tools and platforms as an amplifier (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Clay)
