- Drive strategic execution of product and pricing initiatives across multiple states and lines of business
- Translate pricing and product concepts into filing-ready documentation

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Personal Lines Product Management (auto and homeowners)
- Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, underwriting frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable systems, processes, or tools
- Strong analytical and storytelling ability
- Recognized as a thought leader or subject matter expert in personal lines insurance
- Skilled collaborator who builds trust and alignment across technical and non-technical teams
- High degree of autonomy and ownership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Expert written and verbal communication skills
