About the role
- Be a trusted advisor. You'll go beyond surface-level conversations to understand customer’s technical needs, systems, and roadblocks. You'll then craft a tailored solution that addresses their specific pain points.
- Bring our product to life. You'll be the expert on our entire product suite, especially our APIs and integration capabilities. You'll build and deliver customized, high-impact product demos that prove our value.
- Bridge the gap between us and our clients. You'll be the main technical point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships with everyone from developers and product managers to C-level executives. You’ll answer the tough questions and make sure the technical details are aligned.
- Work cross-functionally. You'll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams, giving them crucial feedback from the field to help shape our product roadmap. Your insights will directly influence what we build next.
- Level up the GTM team. You'll create content that helps the entire sales team, and you’ll share your knowledge to help mentor and guide your peers.
