- Collaboration: Work closely with multiple technical and stakeholder teams, leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and foster a culture of data-driven excellence.
Requirements
- Advanced SQL Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in crafting complex, highly optimized, and readable SQL queries, demonstrating excellence in database management and data manipulation.
- Data Modeling Proficiency: Skilled in data modeling, with a strong understanding of data warehousing principles and best practices.
- Modern Data Stack Experience: Solid experience with DBT and analytics engineering best practices. Experience with our data stack, including Snowflake, GitHub, and Looker, is highly desirable.
- Financial Industry Experience: Strong working knowledge of the payments sector, including payment processing workflows and underlying money-movement rails (ACH, card networks), fraud detection, and risk management.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant academic and professional experience.
