About the role
- Engineer scalable GTM workflows: Build and maintain systems that leverage tools like Clay, Default, Unify, and Salesforce to uncover, qualify, and connect with high-potential customers.
- Operationalize PLG insights: Identify users and teams already engaging with our platform through analytics and enrichment tools, then design automated outreach to convert them into active customers.
- Create and test outbound strategies: Design enrichment logic, triggers, and messaging sequences to identify what drives engagement and conversions.
- Model and refine ICP/TAM: Define who our best customers are, map the total market, and continuously update based on conversion data and feedback loops.
- Integrate the GTM stack: Use APIs, automation platforms (Zapier/Make/n8n), or lightweight code to connect CRMs, enrichment tools, and outreach systems — reducing friction and manual effort.
- Own data integrity & GTM system governance: Ensure CRM and GTM tools maintain clean data, consistent data contracts, and a reliable “single source of truth” across Sales and Marketing.
- Evaluate emerging GTM tooling: Assess and implement new software, automation platforms, and AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and unlock new GTM capabilities.
- Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Growth and Product to align workflows, surface insights, and serve as the technical backbone for GTM execution.
- Document & enable: Create documentation, process maps, and training to help teams adopt new workflows, tools, and best practices.
- Prototype new GTM experiments: Launch rapid experiments across channels, data sources, messaging, and workflows to uncover scalable new tactics.
