About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, update, and manage web pages and components using internal CMS tools and modern front-end technologies
  • Develop and implement reusable components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with exposure to component-based frameworks (e.g., React)
  • Write, review, and ship production-ready code, participating in code reviews and version control workflows (Git)
  • Execute content updates across websites, blogs, and campaign pages while ensuring performance, scalability, and responsiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, SEO, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality web experiences
  • Apply SEO best practices, including content structuring, tagging, metadata optimization, and data cataloging
  • Implement and validate analytics tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement
  • Conduct QA on both code and content to maintain high quality and low defect rates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web properties, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and systems for greater efficiency and scalability
  • Actively use AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, etc.) as part of the development process to write, refine, and ship code more efficiently

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in web development, CMS, or a hybrid role
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, along with HTML and CSS
  • Experience working in component-based architectures (e.g., React)
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and participating in code reviews
  • Experience building and maintaining high-traffic, large-scale websites
  • WordPress or CMS development experience
  • Comfort using AI tools as part of your development workflow (not just for productivity, but for building and shipping code)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve issues independently
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bonus: Basic PHP or back-end scripting experience (especially for WordPress)
  • Familiarity with build systems, CI/CD, or deployment pipelines
  • Experience with performance optimization and web analytics
  • Exposure to design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
