About the role
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of international sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Previous experience in fintech is desirable.
- Proven success in leading sales teams and meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Experience in strategic planning and business development.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
