About the role

  • Manage end-to-end video projects for the company's events and campaigns, from concept to final delivery
  • Produce engaging, high-quality video content and motion graphics that support events, campaigns, and overall brand presence
  • Shoot and edit event content (recaps, reels, interviews, speaker clips, crowd energy)
  • Create social-first content optimised for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid media
  • Design and animate intros, title cards, lower-thirds, GIFs, and motion graphics
  • Adapt brand assets (logos, colors, templates) into engaging video and animated formats
  • Deliver campaign-ready videos and animations with fast turnaround
  • Manage video assets, versioning and file organisation for multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing and other functions to ensure alignment and consistency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in video or multimedia production, ideally within an agency, media, or event marketing environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing event content and social-first videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn cuts)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with solid motion graphics and animation skills
  • Skilled in DSLR/mirrorless filming, lighting and audio capture
  • Strong understanding of video formats, social media trends and B2B content
  • Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines and deliver polished content under pressure
  • Additional skills in photography, photo editing, and sound design/music/SFX editing
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted video tools (e.g., Descript, Runway, CapCut AI)
  • Knowledge of content performance metrics, such as watch-through rates and engagement rates
  • Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and visual quality
  • Highly self-driven, able to manage projects from concept through delivery with minimal supervision
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing and other functions
  • Analytical and solution-focused, addressing challenges with a practical, results-driven approach
  • Informed and forward-looking, staying current with trends in video production, social media, and motion graphics
  • Clear and professional communicator, ensuring alignment and consistency across teams
