About the role

  • Contributing to the collection and analysis of customer requirements for software development and integration
  • Implementing software development tasks in C++ using the Qt framework
  • Integrating software into existing systems and connecting communication protocols (CAN bus, TCP/IP, UDP, serial communication)
  • Assisting with troubleshooting, code reviews and the preparation of unit tests
  • Managing repositories and version control according to guidelines (Git, GitLab, Bitbucket, SVN) in close collaboration with Technical Focal Points and project managers
  • Scripting and automation on Linux (Bash/Shell, Python)
  • Collaborating with international teams and project stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in C++ with the Qt framework
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, GitLab, Bitbucket, SVN)
  • Solid knowledge of communication protocols (CAN bus, TCP/IP, UDP, serial communication)
  • Experience with Linux-based operating systems
  • Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting and Python
  • Responsible, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
  • Fluent German and English skills
