About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work alongside the Account Manager and account squad to ensure smooth, accurate and timely deliveries
- Perform project follow-ups, from initial submission to the client through final delivery
- Assist in clients' strategic planning, identifying market opportunities, new business and ways to expand results
- Analyze, monitor and manage monthly revenue forecasts across brands and projects, preparing management reports
- Issue PITs, generate documents, purchase orders, requests and approvals/releases
- Keep client files up to date and organized
- Be proactive in monitoring processes, anticipating potential obstacles or delays
- Organize the logistics of client meetings: prepare agendas, compile supporting materials and write meeting minutes/follow-up reports
- Monitor clients' and competitors' communication activities, gather and document information and request support from other departments (Studio, Production, Finance, etc.)
- Gather information directly from the client
- Validate and approve final artwork, print proofs, mockups and client prototypes
- Send, track and monitor materials delivered to clients
- Oversee and validate the creation and planning process
- Suggest, organize, structure and analyze project-related reports
- Manage projects in an organized and collaborative manner with clients, internal teams and suppliers
- Propose, implement and carry out revisions and changes to area procedures and work instructions
- Actively participate in and lead planning/agenda meetings when necessary
- Conduct field visits to observe brand activations, consumer behavior and communication materials in the retail environment
- Assist in project development, contributing data, insights and relevant information from conducted research
- Actively control scope, schedule and cost of each project under your responsibility, always seeking the best possible experience within constraints
- Monitor the performance and results of your area, evaluating and discussing impacts with the manager
- Develop the team through continuous coaching, structured feedback, training management and Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and conduct personnel movement processes according to internal policies
- Manage team administrative routines (time bank/banked hours, timekeeping, vacations, work schedules and overtime), ensuring legal compliance, balanced workloads and smooth workflow
- Integrate sustainable practices into daily work to generate a positive impact on the environment and society
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Design, Marketing or Business Administration
- Preferred: experience or knowledge in People Management
- Preferred: knowledge and practical application of Project Management
