About the role
- Study and understand the nature of tasks; conceptualize and correctly develop the requested design work.
- Prepare technical specifications for projects with the print production team regarding the characteristics of the item to be produced.
- Monitor print production whenever evaluation of the work is required at the time of final printing.
- Continuously research references, materials, market information, client insights, and new techniques and technologies.
- Brief photographers and illustrators on materials to be developed.
- Prepare presentations of developed projects for management approval.
- Provide technical guidance to the team when necessary.
- Review and sign off final artwork for projects in which they were involved.
- Participate actively in internal and external project meetings.
- Take part in client and supplier immersions and technical visits.
- Make revisions and updates to area procedures and instructions when requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a design studio, company, agency, or production house working on brand, point-of-sale, packaging, and printed materials projects.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Motion Design and design methodologies/tools (Design Thinking, among others).
- Basic knowledge of AI.
