About the role

  • Oversee and guide the team strategically, technically, and creatively.
  • Review and sign off on final project deliverables.
  • Prepare presentations of developed projects for approval by management.
  • Study and understand the nature of tasks, conceptualize, and correctly develop the requested creative work.
  • Brief and provide guidance to photographers and illustrators on materials to be developed.
  • Participate in and lead project presentations to clients together with the Account team.
  • Actively participate in and, when necessary, lead planning meetings.
  • Continuously research and share references, materials, market and client information, and new techniques and technologies.
  • Attend internal and external project meetings and contribute actively.
  • Participate in client immersions and technical visits to clients and suppliers.
  • Implement revisions and changes to area procedures and instructions when requested.
  • Propose and encourage proactive initiatives with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
  • Solid prior experience in a design studio, company, agency, or production company working on motion design and digital signage projects.
  • Desirable:
  • Postgraduate/MBA in Social Communication, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Motion Design and design methodologies/tools (Design Thinking, among others).
