About the role
- Monitor and ensure the progress of projects and materials in production.
- Generate documents, requests, purchase orders and issue PITs.
- Validate final artwork, print proofs, mockups and prototypes.
- Maintain file organization and manage logistics for client meetings.
- Proactively communicate with clients, seeking improvements and new business opportunities.
- Monitor brand communications, competitors and market trends.
- Train, guide and develop the team according to departmental processes.
- Collaborate in procedure review and the continuous improvement of deliverables.
- Manage projects in an integrated manner, focusing on results and relationships.
- Participate in and, when necessary, lead planning and alignment meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- Solid prior experience in a design studio, company, agency or production house working on brand, point-of-sale and packaging projects.
- Preferred: Knowledge of the Publi system is a plus.
- Preferred: Postgraduate degree, MBA or GBA in communication-related areas.
- Preferred: Courses and practical experience in Project Management.
