About the role
- The full PMF metrics framework — define what's being measured, why it matters, and how it moves: paid conversion rate, retention and engagement depth, time-to-value, and referral rate
- Landing page strategy — build, launch, and iterate continuously. Every version is a test, not a final answer
- Experiment velocity — apply AI tools and modern workflows to accelerate learning cycles and compress time-to-insight
- Cross-functional execution — work directly with the product and dev team to ensure validated ideas get built and shipped
- Learning loops — capture what works, cut what doesn't, and maintain a tight feedback rhythm across all experiments
Requirements
- Proven track record driving growth or PMF outcomes on a live product — ownership experience, not execution support
- Ability to build a measurement framework from scratch and identify which metrics actually indicate traction
- Comfortable independently building and iterating on landing pages without a full team around you
- Proficient with AI tools and knows how to use them to move faster and do more with a lean setup
- Familiarity with PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Background in mobile or SaaS product growth
- Experience in early-stage or zero-to-one product environments
- Experience in Figma
- Experience with fitness, health, or habit-forming apps
