About the role

  • Own the full PMF metrics framework — define what's being measured, why it matters, and how it moves
  • Build, launch, and iterate on landing pages continuously
  • Apply AI tools and modern workflows to accelerate experimentation and shorten learning cycles
  • Work directly with the product and development team to ensure validated ideas get built and shipped
  • Maintain a tight feedback loop across all experiments

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving growth or PMF outcomes on a live product
  • Ability to build your own measurement framework from scratch
  • Comfortable independently building and iterating on landing pages
  • Proficient with AI tools
  • Must be Fluent in Figma
  • Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with fitness, health, or habit-forming apps, Familiarity with analytics tools like PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude, Background in mobile or SaaS product growth
