About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the client's ultimate internal advocate
- Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules
- Track tasks and deliverables for assigned accounts monthly
- Work with production teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are created on time and on brief
- Review all production deliverables, approve on-brief work, and provide feedback and guidance when needed
- Attend weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly client check-ins
- Escalate and resolve content or strategy issues quickly and effectively
- Review editorial, design, and video work before client delivery
- Manage multiple delivery schedules, processes, and competing commercial and internal priorities
- Allocate time across client communication, internal communication, delivery review, product planning, and miscellaneous work
Requirements

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Strong computer skills, including proprietary software and industry tools
- Exceptional product knowledge and deep understanding of production processes
- Ability to understand and advance client briefs in actionable ways
- Ability to provide clear, meaningful feedback to production teams
- Diligent record-keeping habits
- Strong editorial and written communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English and German
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work at a computer during standard working hours
