About the role

  • We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support both internal teams and external clients across a range of marketing and sales operations initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who already have hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce, are comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and are eager to expand their expertise in CRM strategy, lead management, automation, and reporting. This is a remote, full-time contract opportunity and is open to candidates across the Caribbean.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a marketing, sales ops, or CRM support role Proficiency in HubSpot and/or Salesforce Experience working with lead routing, CRM workflows, contact/company enrichment, or campaign operations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks independently
