About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance targets and providing coaching and support to ensure their success
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and ensuring they receive exceptional service and support
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the semiconductor industry to identify opportunities and threats
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets for the region, tracking performance against targets and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights
  • Travel within the region as well as occasional national and international travel to attend conferences, meet with clients, and foster business relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of successful sales or sales management experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor products, applications, and technologies
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license, safe driving record and be insurable by the Companies’ liability carrier
