About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Selling company products and services to customers in an assigned territory
  • Creating sales opportunities and defending sales for existing and potential customers
  • Working with local and regional suppliers to create partnerships
  • Ensuring attendance at supplier’s trainings to enhance product knowledge
  • Collaborating with Inside Sales and Marketing teams for strategy development
  • Creating credibility with customers through training and understanding their needs
  • Pursuing new business leads via various resources
  • Following through on the sales cycle for key customers
  • Answering and resolving technical questions and complaints
  • Maintaining market awareness on competitor activities and industry trends
  • Additional Duties as Assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree from a four-year college or university preferred
  • 5-10 years' sales experience within the wireless/IoT, electronics distribution or similar industry
  • Knowledge, understanding and/or experience in technical sales
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management skills
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license
  • safe driving record and be insurable by the Companies’ liability carrier.
