Lead development and execution of patient-centric marketing strategies (branded and unbranded) to support awareness, initiation, adherence, and retention in treatment.
Lead creative development and execution of patient campaigns across digital, social, print, and other media channels; ensure culturally relevant, compliant, and impactful messaging.
Drive disease awareness and education initiatives to reduce stigma and motivate patients to seek treatment.
Oversee branded patient promotional campaigns, patient support resources, and engagement programs for Braeburn’s OUD portfolio.
Contribute to annual and long-range brand planning; ensure patient marketing strategies are integrated with overall brand objectives.
Establish clear success metrics and manage patient marketing initiatives to KPIs; adjust strategies based on results and data.
Partner with market research and analytics teams to identify insights into the patient journey and apply findings to refine campaigns.
Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales, Public Affairs, and Community Engagement teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality patient marketing materials and campaigns on time and on budget; identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and technologies.
Oversee patient marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently while exercising fiscal responsibility.
Represent patient marketing strategy in key patient/community conferences and events; support booth and activity execution.
Coach, empower and develop a direct report, fostering inclusion, collaboration, and professional growth.
Ensure all patient marketing programs comply with regulatory, legal, and medical guidelines.
Report to Vice President, Marketing and manage one direct report.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of relevant marketing experience, including significant patient marketing experience in biopharma or related industries
MBA or advanced degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
Direct-to-Patient/DTC marketing expertise, with proven results in driving patient engagement
Experience managing people, agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams
Experience in neuroscience, addiction, psychiatry, or specialty pharma strongly preferred
Track record of successfully launching branded and unbranded patient campaigns
Facility with metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking
Expertise in leveraging data-driven insights and market research to shape campaigns
Experience with digital, social, print, and other media channels
