Provide strategic leadership and operational direction for a team of Regional Business Specialists focused on Criminal Justice, Federal Healthcare Systems, Indian/Tribal Health across multiple states.

Ensure effective execution of business strategies through business planning, account development, customer engagement, people development, cross-functional collaboration, and problem solving.
Talent management, performance coaching, strategic account oversight, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Train, motivate, and coach Regional Business Specialists and execute field strategies to meet regional and national business objectives.
Participate in national sales strategy development and implementation for criminal justice and federal markets.
Assist with development and delivery of field infrastructure and training; develop business plans and periodic business reviews.
Develop deep understanding of assigned region funding streams, public policy initiatives, key payers and identify regional opportunities and barriers.
Review, analyze and interpret field reports; foster compliant innovation; develop regional communication plans and sales meetings; manage regional expenses and budgets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; advanced business degree preferred.
12+ years of pharmaceutical experience with at least 7+ years in sales and/or field market access in biotech/specialty pharmaceutical/device industries.
Minimum 5+ years of management experience leading field-based teams.
Documented success in strategic account development and business performance in specialty pharmacy markets.
Experience in corrections/criminal justice systems, integrated health systems, or large account management required.
Knowledge of specialty distribution models, including Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill acquisition.
Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
Willingness to travel regionally and nationally (up to 60%).
