About the role

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and priorities with precision and foresight
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, ensuring the CEO’s voice and values come through in every interaction
  • Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and follow-ups that help leadership make smart, timely decisions
  • Act as a liaison with the Board, investors, partners, and internal teams—building trust and fostering strong connections
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of customer-facing and internal events—including conferences, trade shows, offsites, and celebrations
  • Ensure all events and office initiatives reflect our company’s values, brand, and goals
  • Oversee vendors, budgets, contracts, and timelines for both events and office-related projects
  • Manage office operations, supplies, and layouts to maintain an organized, inspiring, and functional environment
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and create structure in the middle of a dynamic, evolving business

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives (C-level preferred)
  • Experienced in planning and executing events of varying scale and complexity
  • Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and event management tools
