About the role

  • Walmart/Sam’s Club order fulfillment lead for all fulfillment types including Domestic, Direct import, 1P, 3P and other alternative distribution methods
  • Customer Replenishment point of contact and responsible for customer needs/communication
  • Set replenishment strategy to be executed for both Bradshaw Home and Walmart/Sam’s Club
  • Manage all product transitions and new/deleted item life cycles for Branded, PL and promotional product
  • Forecasting support working with sales team to anticipate key needs and drive forecast accuracy
  • Proactive E&O project lead responsible for limiting E&O inventory while maximizing sales
  • Leverage available tools (WM Luminate, NOVA, Supplier One, IRI, BI, Demand Works) to create actionable insights
  • Create comprehensive sales reports and performance dashboards; maintain company attribution and weekly reporting
  • Deeper level analytics to help optimize performance with customer focusing on national, regional, promotional, pricing, modular impacts
  • Work across functions (Operations, Demand Planning, Product, Sales and Channel Marketing) to drive consensus
  • Analyze and track market share and sell-thru performance; modular impact and promotional sell-thru reporting
  • Develop and maintain competitive market analysis focusing on trends, performance, and impacts to category/business
  • Proactive engagement on business vs reactive; look for actionable items to help drive long-term growth
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support overall success of the team and company

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a Replenishment Manager/Sales Analytics role for consumer products company
  • Proven record of creating and maintaining key relationships with customer while supporting with best-in-class analytics to drive business growth
  • An undergraduate degree at a minimum (in business or similar major) is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to measure sales, build databases, replenishment product flow
  • Process and People Management: demonstrated ability to collaborate, complete quality work and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple high priority activities and provide effective solutions
  • Able to prioritize, multitask and adapt effectively
  • Problem Solving/Analysis: able to structure/process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions
  • Highly strategic thinker who can balance short term business plan with long term vision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong executive presence, presentation and communication skills
  • Collaborative skills to liaise with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, customer service, IT and operations
  • Willing and able to travel as needed to corporate offices, and customer meetings as required
