About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and properly refine backlog items to ensure accurate sprint planning.
Prioritize features and requirements based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
Work with stakeholders to ensure product priorities are aligned with company objectives.
Analyze and document current and future business processes.
Create detailed documentation such as use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
Maintain constant communication with all stakeholders, including customers, partners, internal teams, and executives.
Facilitate feedback collection and align expectations among different stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure features are delivered as specified.
Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to provide continuous feedback and ensure alignment with the product vision.
Develop business cases to justify new investments and product initiatives.
Present product proposals and performance reports to executives and stakeholders.
Ensure the product meets established quality and compliance standards.
Work with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and conduct quality testing.
Identify and implement improvements in development processes and the tools used by the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, or a related technology field.
Experience as a Product Owner or in similar roles such as business/requirements analyst.
Experience in squads/teams implementing improvements in complex environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Experience in the logistics sector is desirable.
