About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, monitor and control technology projects, ensuring deadlines, scope, costs and quality of deliverables are met.
  • Support the management of strategic projects, fostering alignment between business areas, vendors and technical teams.
  • Plan, monitor and control schedules, scope, risks, costs and resources for IT projects.
  • Act as a facilitator between business areas, technical teams and vendors.
  • Lead project follow-up, status reporting and alignment meetings.
  • Prepare and keep project documentation up to date.
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and report project progress to management.
  • Support the identification, analysis and mitigation of risks and impediments.
  • Ensure adherence to the company's project methodologies and governance.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment and transition to production/support for solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in project and technology management processes.
  • Contribute to the management of the IT project portfolio.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum or Kanban).
  • Experience preparing and monitoring schedules, action plans and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Clarity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills, organization and communication.
  • Scrum Foundation, PSM, PSPO or similar certification (plus).
  • CAPM or PMP certification (plus).
  • Knowledge of demand and project portfolio management (plus).
  • Experience in digital transformation projects, ERP or software development (plus).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT governance (plus).
