About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and monitor commercial contracts and proposals, ensuring control of terms, adjustments, contractual clauses, and obligations related to agreements;
  • Participate in client integration, onboarding, and implementation processes for new clients and business, supporting involved teams in building and operationalizing solutions;
  • Monitor and control operational flows related to the customer portfolio, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures;
  • Administer and maintain the company’s revenue and cost rates, ensuring correct updates in corporate systems;
  • Perform systematic management of client rates, applying adjustments and updates based on economic and market indicators such as IGPM, IPCA, INPC, ANP, and refinery indices;
  • Track financial and operational indicators, proposing action plans to mitigate delinquencies and improve results;
  • Prepare regular management reports with revenue, cost, profitability, and operational performance indicators, supporting management in decision-making;
  • Provide support to Commercial, Customer Experience, Operations, Scheduling, Billing, and Cost areas, ensuring alignment between processes and responsiveness to client demands;
  • Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization projects, contributing to increased operational efficiency and value creation for the business.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Experience in administrative, commercial, or contract management activities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel;
  • Analytical profile, organized, with a sense of priorities and attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with different areas of the company;
  • Availability to work flexible hours;
  • Experience with new business development, innovation, and process mapping (advantage);
  • Knowledge of financial modeling (OPEX/CAPEX) (advantage);
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, prioritization frameworks) (advantage);
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for dashboard analysis (advantage).
