About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement, and optimize incentive and operational excellence strategies to drive performance, engagement, and adherence to franchise network standards, ensuring consistency in execution and continuous improvement of results.
Ensure high levels of engagement and network performance through effective incentive programs.
Raise the standard of execution and operational consistency across the franchise network.
Ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities and campaigns at points of sale.
Ensure the organization and success of live events, forums, and network conventions.
Produce analyses and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement of results.
Manage the Marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Ensure implementation and monitoring of franchise programs such as Bora, Mania+, Challenges, Mystery Shopper, among others.
Act as the interface between involved departments and franchise programs, promoting alignment and integration.
Ensure franchisees' alignment, engagement, and adherence to the company's strategic initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree/MBA is a plus.
Experience with franchises, operations, trade marketing, or commercial performance management.
Experience with incentive programs, engagement initiatives, and KPI monitoring.
Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
Knowledge of Project Management, including planning, monitoring, and execution of activities.
Analytical skills to monitor KPIs and support decision-making.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
