About the role

  • Plan and execute trade marketing activities at the point of sale
  • Develop communication and visibility materials (POS materials)
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, stockouts, market share, etc.)
  • Manage promotional calendar and seasonal campaigns
  • Support the sales team with strategies and sales enablement materials
  • Monitor competitors and identify market opportunities
  • Manage suppliers and partners (agencies, materials production, etc.)
  • Ensure execution of strategies with franchisees/points of sale
  • Prepare reports and results presentations
  • Serve as the focal point for manufacturers/industry partners in trade negotiations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields
  • Previous experience in trade marketing, merchandising, or commercial areas, with hands-on experience in point-of-sale activities and interfacing with sales teams
  • Knowledge of performance indicator management (KPIs), result monitoring, and critical data analysis to support decision-making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate to advanced level, with strong Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, analyses) and PowerPoint (creating executive presentations)
