About the role

  • Development of store prospecting projects, layouts, and project detailing;
  • Development of store category books (plans + informational materials);
  • Monitoring store schedules together with implementation consultants, addressing project needs and revisions;
  • Creation of manuals and informational materials for the area;
  • Liaison with related departments to remove bottlenecks in project stages;
  • Monitoring project indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture;
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential for project development and detailing;
  • Previous experience with store rollouts and/or commercial projects;
  • Experience with franchised retail networks is a plus;
  • Hands-on experience with AutoCAD for reading, editing, and coordinating technical drawings;
  • Knowledge of commercial layouts and reading and coordinating floor plans;
