About the role
- Review, enforcement of legitimate claims and defense against unjustified third-party claims.
- Work in interdisciplinary project teams on the delivery of major projects.
- Proactive contract and change-order (variation) management across all project phases.
- Support major projects from tendering to execution, including change-order negotiations and profitability analyses.
- Audit-proof reporting on ongoing additional claims.
Requirements
- Completed degree in a commercial or technical field, e.g., economics, (industrial) engineering, public administration, or a comparable discipline.
- Experience in claims or contract management, ideally in the construction or infrastructure sector, with strong technical understanding.
- Structured, independent working style and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent German and English skills, assertiveness, and strong communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel approximately 3 days per week.
