About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical pre-sales support throughout the sales cycle.
Partner with the Sales team to understand customers' business and technical requirements.
Lead technical discovery sessions and solution workshops.
Design websites using Drupal and Acquia.
Deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and proofs of value (POVs).
Prepare technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and solution documentation.
Present solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.
Support RFP and RFI responses.
Collaborate with Delivery, Product, and Professional Services teams.
Support partner enablement through technical training and workshops.
Stay current with emerging digital experience, CMS, cloud, and AI technologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
Experience working with enterprise CMS or Digital Experience Platforms.
Strong experience with Drupal.
Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
Understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud-native applications.
Additional technology experience with one or more of the following: Drupal / Acquia Platform / Symfony / PHP / Node.js / React / Java / .NET / Headless CMS platforms / Sitecore / Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) / Liferay / WordPress Enterprise / Magnolia CMS / Contentful / Strapi / GraphQL / Docker / Kubernetes / CI/CD / AWS / Azure.
