About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design and ongoing enhancement of sales incentive and variable compensation plans, identifying opportunities to optimize models and align incentives with business strategy and market practices.
- Manage the administration and governance of commission processes, including auditing and validating calculations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with defined plans.
- Analyze sales and financial data to generate insights and recommendations that support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, providing visibility into sales performance, incentive effectiveness, and key business metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement across tools, reporting, and data management to enhance scalability, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Compensation or similar analytical roles.
- Hands-on experience in variable compensation plans and commission structures, as well as a solid understanding of financial metrics and sales performance drivers (required).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights from sales and financial data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with financial data and commission calculations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights for business stakeholders.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
