About the role

  • Develop sales strategies and execute plans to meet established targets.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers at current and prospective clients, responding to requests for information, proposals, and quotes.
  • Deliver sales presentations and address customer concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Participate in product trade shows, utility-sponsored events, and industry association gatherings to maintain mutually beneficial business relationships.
  • Present detailed reports to the Sales Director and other stakeholders as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology-related sales
  • Knowledge of the software solutions environment
  • Proven track record working with vendors, wholesalers/distributors, partners, system integrators, consulting firms, and end users within the technology industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including sales, problem-solving, and customer service, are essential
  • Ability to analyze sales and market data
  • Ability to deliver high-quality presentations
  • Ability to work independently while meeting assigned goals and objectives within established deadlines
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
  • Availability for client visits and for national and international business travel
