About the role

  • Develop and implement channel strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners within the designated territory.
  • Maintain all required sales certifications and ensure compliance with partner program requirements.
  • Implement training and performance measurement programs, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing communication with partners to strengthen collaboration.
  • Create and manage sales forecasts and pipelines, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate special channel-related projects as needed.
  • Drive joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners to generate qualified leads.
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations; represent the company at sales and partner events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in technology-related sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven experience working with vendors, wholesalers, partners, system integrators, and consulting firms within the technology industry.
  • Background in enterprise software/SaaS, preferably focused on IT service management or endpoint protection.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Confident presenter, able to convey information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting assigned goals and objectives within designated timeframes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English is required.
  • Availability for client visits and national and international business travel.
