About the role
- Develop and implement channel strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners within the designated territory.
- Maintain all required sales certifications and ensure compliance with partner program requirements.
- Implement training and performance measurement programs, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing communication with partners to strengthen collaboration.
- Create and manage sales forecasts and pipelines, identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate special channel-related projects as needed.
- Drive joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners to generate qualified leads.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations; represent the company at sales and partner events.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' experience in technology-related sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience working with vendors, wholesalers, partners, system integrators, and consulting firms within the technology industry.
- Background in enterprise software/SaaS, preferably focused on IT service management or endpoint protection.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Confident presenter, able to convey information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently while meeting assigned goals and objectives within designated timeframes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English is required.
- Availability for client visits and national and international business travel.
