• Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of flow-through clients in the Real-estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, and Private Equity space.
• Work with clients to minimize their federal, state, and local tax liability.
• Supervise tax associates' assignments and managing the day-to-day delivery of tax compliance / consulting services to the client.
• Develop and motivate tax associates by providing them with counselling, leadership and career guidance.

Senior Tax Consultant – Flowthrough

• Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of flow-through clients in the RealEstate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, and Private Equity space.

Tax Associate II – Flowthrough, US Tax Clients

• Prepare and review U.S. corporate separate and consolidated Federal Tax returns.
• Conduct research and analysis on state tax laws, regulations, and case law to support client positions.
• Assist clients with state tax audits, notices, and appeals.
• Track and manage federal and state tax notices.
• Prepare response letters and forms for state tax notices.
• Assist the Senior Manager and Team in resolving state tax notices.
• Experience with U.S. International Tax filings is a plus.
• Communicate with IRS and State tax departments to follow up on notices and inquiries.
• Identify and implement tax planning strategies to minimize state tax liabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including federal tax, international tax, and transfer pricing.
• Stay current on state tax developments and communicate relevant changes to clients and internal teams.

Tax Senior – C Corp, US Tax Clients

Security Engineer

• Build and nurture relationships with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, Security Engineers, internal audit, and procurement to understand their business goals and objectives in order to propose tailored BPM services
• Develop new-logo business through personal lead generation, social selling, and company-supported programs while growing existing BPM client relationships
• Position BPM’s cybersecurity consulting, compliance support, and managed IT services, including red teaming, ISO 27001 advisory, NIST security program development, penetration testing, threat detection, risk assessments, third-party risk management, and fractional CISO advisory
• Technical pre-sales engineering; collaborate with project management and delivery teams to scope, design, and propose client-specific technical solutions
• Write proposal content and custom verbiage to convey a compelling set of BPM services
• Engage in self-study and independent work to increase job-related knowledge and skills
• Capability to present and discuss BPM solutions effectively in both virtual and in-person meetings
• Understand and record client cybersecurity requirements, propose technical solutions, and oversee the selection of services
• Identify market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategic sales approaches and thought leadership
