Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of progressive talent sourcing experience in a professional services environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related field of study
- Proven ability to build a diverse candidate pool using multiple sourcing tools
- Experience with job boards and social media channels for sourcing talent
- Exceptional influencing skills and relationship building with candidates
- Attention to data integrity
- Technical proficiency with MS Office 365 and video conferencing tools is a plus
