About the role
- Design and develop engaging, interactive digital learning modules using Articulate Rise
- Translate subject matter expert input, presentations, and documents into clear, effective learning experiences
- Apply instructional design best practices to ensure content is learner‑centered, accessible, and outcome‑driven
- Partner with internal stakeholders and SMEs to clarify content and ensure accuracy. Proactively manage stakeholder communication, timelines, and feedback to ensure efficient project delivery
- Rapidly develop learning content while maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail
- Follow established templates, branding guidelines, and development standards
- Conduct basic quality assurance and make revisions based on stakeholder feedback
- Support additional learning development efforts as assigned during the contract period
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio of Articulate Rise projects
- Proficiency in Articulate 360, with emphasis on Rise
- Ability to transform raw or loosely structured content into polished learning experiences
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and efficiently incorporating feedback
- Working knowledge of adult learning principles and digital learning best practices
- Familiarity with SCORM packaging
