About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps using Power Fx.
- Build and manage process automations with Power Automate (Flows) to support data collection and reporting.
- Integrate apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and other connectors.
- Collaborate with program managers and global teams (including Europe-based stakeholders) to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure the app is scalable, user-friendly, and production-ready.
- Document solutions and provide ongoing support for enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Participate in 2–3 hours of meetings per day; focus remaining time on development and solution delivery.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in application development or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining Canvas/Model-driven Power Apps.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Power Automate (Flows).
- Experience integrating Power Platform apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
- Strong ability to work with global stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
