About the role
- As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for synthesizing stakeholder needs into clear and insightful dashboards, as well as ad hoc analysis. You will join a high-visibility team impacting strategic studio decisions, so speed, storytelling, and attention to detail are essential. To optimize how we interact with our player community you will benchmark the success on key metrics for a variety of stakeholders and provide recommendations for future improvements that will drive the most impact. Leveraging findings from a team of data scientists, a successful candidate will integrate insights to create a holistic view easily accessible to stakeholders. All of this is done with a focus on driving impact to player engagement, revenue, and player acquisition across the franchise. Responsibilities: Partner across various stakeholders to enhance or create new Power BI dashboards; Create automated source data tables for the dashboards and ensure accuracy; Provide ad-hoc analysis on key business trends and insights; Make recommendations based on insights from analysis and insights; Drive projects from end-to-end, gathering requirements from stakeholders to production.
Requirements
- 8+ years of dashboarding experience with dashboarding tools, Power BI preferred
- 8+ years of experience with Python and SQL, bonus if familiar with Databricks, SparkSQL, PySpark, or Azure Data Explorer
- 5+ years experience in direct stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
