About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand user needs, business goals, and software requirements.
Design, develop, and modify user interfaces based on end-user needs and business requirements.
Create design artifacts, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using Figma.
Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility within timeline and cost constraints.
Support the design and development of internal tools for customer service, sales, account management, and marketing use cases.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure designs align with business objectives, technical feasibility, and user experience standards.
Contribute to data-driven UI development and design decisions based on user needs, feedback, and business requirements.
Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality design work quickly while maintaining strong attention to usability, visual quality, and consistency.
Support software system planning, layout recommendations, and interface improvements as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related technical field.
10+ years of professional experience in software design, UX/UI development, product design, or a related discipline.
5+ years of UX design experience.
5+ years of UI design experience.
5+ years of hands-on Figma experience.
Experience designing and developing professional user interfaces.
Experience with data-driven UI development.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements and explain design decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work within time and cost constraints.
Portfolio required, demonstrating strong UX, UI, visual design, and design process.
