About the role

  • Support usability research for enterprise-grade and security-focused software products
  • Contribute to competitive benchmarking efforts, usability studies, and research documentation
  • Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, engineers, and product stakeholders
  • Define research questions, design studies, analyze findings, and communicate insights
  • Manage multiple research initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

  • Proven experience in User Experience (UX) Research
  • Experience conducting usability studies, research planning, and execution
  • Demonstrated understanding of competitive benchmarking and research metrics
  • Experience working with enterprise software or technically complex products
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams (product, design, engineering)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate research insights clearly
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of UX Research experience
  • Master's degree with 3+ years of UX Research experience
  • Doctorate with 1+ year of UX Research experience
  • Relevant fields include Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Computer Science, Information Science, UX Design, Behavioral or Social Sciences.
