About the role
- Support usability research for enterprise-grade and security-focused software products
- Contribute to competitive benchmarking efforts, usability studies, and research documentation
- Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, engineers, and product stakeholders
- Define research questions, design studies, analyze findings, and communicate insights
- Manage multiple research initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements
- Proven experience in User Experience (UX) Research
- Experience conducting usability studies, research planning, and execution
- Demonstrated understanding of competitive benchmarking and research metrics
- Experience working with enterprise software or technically complex products
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams (product, design, engineering)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate research insights clearly
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of UX Research experience
- Master's degree with 3+ years of UX Research experience
- Doctorate with 1+ year of UX Research experience
- Relevant fields include Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Computer Science, Information Science, UX Design, Behavioral or Social Sciences.
