About the role
- Research and document Windows Server–to–cloud migration strategies, architectures, and best-practice patterns
- Develop customer-facing technical content such as migration guidance, solution overviews, FAQs, and enablement materials
- Translate complex server and cloud concepts into clear, consumable guidance for technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with internal product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously refine and improve content quality
- Align published guidance with broader cloud adoption and migration strategies
- Deliver high-quality content on tight timelines while maintaining accuracy and clarity
- Support remote collaboration across time zones as needed
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server technologies in enterprise environments
- 8+ years of experience supporting or leading on-premises to cloud migration initiatives
- Strong understanding of server workloads, infrastructure, and hybrid/cloud architectures
- Proven experience developing customer-facing technical or marketing content
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts through written documentation
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on content quality and technical accuracy
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
