About the role
- Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern front-end frameworks and back-end technologies
- Build intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces using component-based UI libraries
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with cloud-based services
- Deploy and manage applications using cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
- Implement automated build, test, and release processes
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security
- Apply secure coding practices and follow industry security standards
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
- Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and engineering partners
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality
- Take ownership of features from design through production support
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building applications with React.js
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience building accessible, reusable UI components
- Solid hands-on experience with cloud platforms and services
- Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Back-end development experience with Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (unit and integration testing)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and accountability in previous roles
