About the role

  • Lead end-to-end in-product marketing campaigns for a major gaming subscription service
  • Partner with Product Marketing to align roadmap, audiences, and priorities
  • Translate campaign plans into actionable work items in Azure DevOps
  • Drive acquisition, upgrades, engagement, and retention through testing and iteration
  • Build campaign decks with design and coordinate execution with production and operations
  • Report performance and learnings to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 8+ years in digital marketing, campaign management, product marketing, paid media, or related
  • Bachelor’s degree (marketing or related preferred)
  • Proven experience with ad trafficking/paid ads and managing web/in-product campaigns
  • Hands-on A/B testing: setup, metrics, and iteration
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with experiment design and KPI tracking
  • Detail-oriented (typos are disqualifying)
  • Genuine passion for gaming and understanding of player audiences.
