About the role
- Lead end-to-end in-product marketing campaigns for a major gaming subscription service
- Partner with Product Marketing to align roadmap, audiences, and priorities
- Translate campaign plans into actionable work items in Azure DevOps
- Drive acquisition, upgrades, engagement, and retention through testing and iteration
- Build campaign decks with design and coordinate execution with production and operations
- Report performance and learnings to stakeholders
Requirements
- 8+ years in digital marketing, campaign management, product marketing, paid media, or related
- Bachelor’s degree (marketing or related preferred)
- Proven experience with ad trafficking/paid ads and managing web/in-product campaigns
- Hands-on A/B testing: setup, metrics, and iteration
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication
- Analytical mindset; comfortable with experiment design and KPI tracking
- Detail-oriented (typos are disqualifying)
- Genuine passion for gaming and understanding of player audiences.
