• Provides leadership for construction execution and capital delivery across a diverse portfolio, including new-to-industry sites, acquisition retrofits, raze and rebuild projects, remodels, heavy maintenance, and emergency capital work from concept through turnover
• Owns end-to-end delivery from project kickoff through turnover, including scope alignment, schedule management, key metric reporting, open-date readiness, punch-list resolution, and financial closeout
• Provides disciplined stewardship of capital and expense budgets, payments, change orders, cost forecasting, and budget performance while ensuring adherence to financial controls and governance standards
• Aligns decisions and information flow across Real Estate, Design, Operations, IT, Hospitality, Finance, Facilities Services, HSSE, Legal, and related partners to accelerate approvals, resolve issues, and sustain delivery momentum
