Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end GRC service delivery across ST&S risk, controls, compliance, and reporting
  • Partner with trading, risk, and compliance leaders to turn strategy into action
  • Own service performance and stability, data quality, and user experience
  • Simplify processes, reduce manual work, and improve visibility
  • Manage vendors and delivery partners to ensure quality, value, and compliance
  • Maintain audit readiness through strong governance and regulatory alignment
  • Collaborate globally to build capability and a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and partner collaboration skills
  • Proven service delivery or operations experience in trading, energy, financial services, or regulated environments
  • Solid knowledge of ST&S risk domains, including market, credit, and operational risk
  • Experience with technology-enabled services such as ServiceNow GRC/IRM or similar
  • Confidence engaging senior trading, risk, and technology partners
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and complex delivery landscapes
  • Fluent English
  • Strong ownership and disciplined execution
  • Ability to balance control difficulty with trading speed and pragmatism
  • Clear communication and ability to challenge and influence
  • Structured problem solving and prioritization
  • Comfort working in complex, high-pressure environments
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Power Platform
  • Practical application of AI in real-world use cases
  • Direct experience supporting trading operations or risk functions is desirable
  • Hands-on knowledge of front-to-back trading controls and assurance is desirable
  • Familiarity with regulatory expectations impacting trading activities is desirable
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital or control framework transformation is desirable
